UK Shipping

I offer Free Standard shipping to all UK address. Your purchase will be posted within 1-3 working days of receiving payment to allow time for your order to be made and packaged (unless custom made which may take longer). All orders are shipped Royal mail 2nd class standard delivery in the UK and Royal mail 1st class where applicable. If you would like to upgrade to another delivery option do please get in touch before placing your order.

All of my products are lovingly wrapped and securely packaged using bubble wrap to make sure they arrive safely with you.

Delivery time after I have posted items, according to the Royal Mail website, is 1-3 working days for UK orders. These times should be used as a guide only. Occasionally items go missing in the post. If you have not received your order by 15 days after shipping (UK) please contact me.

 

International Shipping

Due to the current changes in trade in the UK, I no longer offer international shipping. This is to prevent you as the customer receiving extra customs charges that are difficult to predict and can be as much as 40% of your original purchase.

This decision will be reviewed in the future once trade agreements have become clearer.

Returns

As all items are handmade there may be slight variations from the photographs, but that's what makes your product unique!

I hope you love your handmade goods but if you are unhappy with any item I am happy to offer you a full refund, if the item is returned in its original packaging within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please note that the return postage is at your own expense. If you wish to exchange an item, there will be an additional delivery charge for the new item.

PLEASE NOTE: Any items personalised to your specific requirement are unfortunately not returnable.

If you wish to return an item please contact me via the sales platform you originally purchased your order on. Please do not return items without contacting me first.
